El director de Reputación Corporativa, Identidad y Medio Ambiente de Telefónica, Alberto Andreu, ha defendido que el uso de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC) puede servir para reducir hasta el 15 por ciento las emisiones totales de dióxido de carbono (CO2) previstas para 2020, "lo que supondría un ahorro económico de 600.000 millones de euros durante este periodo".
