CENATIC (Centro Nacional deReferencia de Aplicación de las TIC basadas en fuentes abiertas) y ASOLIF (Federación Nacional de Empresas de Software Libre) hanfirmado un acuerdo para la puesta en marcha del proyecto ALIAL(Aplicaciones Libres para Administraciones Locales). Este acuerdo ha sido propiciado por Red.es, entidad pública empresarial dependiente de la Secretaría de Estado de Telecomunicaciones y para la Sociedad de la Información del Ministerio de Industria, Turismoy Comercio (MITYC).

Hughes, and Dan Rockmore are combining their expertise in brain science, computer science, and mathematics to analyze a series of drawings from the 16th century by Pieter Bruegel the Elder. With their net skills, they\'ve developed a way to analyze mathematically a drawing and quantify its artistic style. With this tool, works can be compared to help discriminate between authentic and imitation artwork.
