Voice Signature Technology from Turkcell Reduces Communication Period by 20-40 Seconds
Turkey’s leading communications and technology company, Turkcell’s "Voice Signature" technology offered by its 100% owned subsidiary Global Bilgi has registered one of the fastest growth rates in voice signature application users in one year; well above the levels seen by its global peers.
"Voice Signature" technology can conduct transactions by calling call centers, easily and safely. The "voice signature" directs the inquiry without any detailed or additional questions being required for identification approval, thereby reducing the communication period by 20 seconds for individual subscribers and 40 seconds for corporate subscribers. Turkcell subscribers make their transactions using the personal biometric characteristics of their voice through their "voice signature" , unlike the easily imitable "wet signature" , making their transactions more secure.
