Virtual server management device

(EN)In a conventional cloud computing system, because of the coexistence of various support qualities to support requirements that differ for every user, the whole system had to be operated and managed to meet the needs of users asking for the highest support quality, or users expecting high support quality had to be excluded. A cloud management server manages virtual servers and physical servers on which the virtual servers operate by associating therewith the respective support levels each indicating the level of support quality provided by each virtual/physical server. The cloud management server allows a certain virtual server to operate on the relevant physical server only if the support level of the virtual server and that of the physical server match, and if the support levels do not match, the cloud management server does not allow operation but moves the virtual server to a physical server having the matching support level.
